- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office, Southwest, Camp Pendleton, California intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis, a modification to M00681-04-D-0006, to add a Gypsy Rack Spare Tire Carrier to the contract. The contractor is California Gold Products, P.O. Box 1933, Camarillo, California 93011. The basic contract is a a firm fixed-price requirements contract for a base year and four possible option years and was negotiated on a non-competitive basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and in accordance with FAR 12.102 and FAR 13.501. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination by the Government not to compete the modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may submit capability statements to Patty Langdon at langdonpl@pendleton.usmc.mil no later than close of business on 9 January 2004.
