Description: Provide all facilities, labor, supervision, supplies, services, and equipment necessary to furnish commercial corporate lodging with limited housekeeping services, as specified in the Invitation For Bids (IFB), for U.S. Army Reserve Component personn el in support of Operation Homeland Defense at Fort Benning, Georgia. Lodging shall consist of 140 each one-bedroom suites, 170 each two-bedroom suites, and 75 each three-bedroom suites, all of which must be located within twenty (20) miles from the Fort Benning military reservation. This IFB is unrestricted. The anticipated issue date for this IFB is 09 January 2004, and the last date for submission of sealed bids will be thirty days thereafter. The Government anticipates award of multiple firm fixed p rice (FFP) contracts to the lowest-priced, responsive, responsible bidders. Contracts will be awarded for the Base Period (01 March 2004 thru 28 February 2005), with two (2) 12-month Option Periods (01 March 2005 thru 28 February 2006 and 01 March 2006 th ru 28 February 2007). In accordance with the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference is applicable to this procurement action.
