- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure Clamp Plates from KBA-Giori S.A. This procurement action is for supplies or services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
