- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for MAXIMO Site License Renewal in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) Solicitation number N00104-04-Q-Q086 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A sole source award is being contemplated for maintenance of MAXIMO Software (Bedford, MA) for a period of one year. The maintenance is for the following three sites: Cherry Point, NC Site License # LEN804234-01; Jacksonville, FL Site License # LEN804251-01; and North Island, Site License # LEN804239-01. (iv) This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. (v) The provision at 52.212-2, Instruc tions to Offerors Commercial Item (Aug 1998), applies to this acquisition. (vi) The government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis. (vii) DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, is incorporated by reference. (viii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation for consideration. (x) All bids, proposal, or quotations may be faxed to NAVICP Code 0272.12 at (717) 605-4600. All bids, proposal or quotations are due by 8:00 a.m. EST, 31 December 2003.
