Description

This is a concurrent announcement/RFQ concerns having the ability to place GSA Order to Upgrade Software AG software EXX, NEE, WCP, NAT, NEE, WCP and subscription from January 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004. The National Business Center believes no other source can provide this ugrade and subscription due to the proprietary nature of this software, shall provide written notice including a telephone number for a Point of Contact (POC), to the acquisition office listed above within 1 calendar day from date of this synopsis. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement, therefore, any request for a solicitation beyond this notice will be considered non-responsive. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to their business status, including identification as to whether small, large, minority-owned, woman-owned, or 8(a) certified. NAICS code is 541512. A firm is considered small for this acquisition if its size standard does not exceed $21.0 million. Based on information available at this time and the proprietary nature of the software, and in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the Government considers the items specified to be available solely from Computer Corporation America.
