Description

The U.S. Military Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order to: Waterbury Button Company, 64 Avenue of Industry, Waterbury, CT 06705, for various specialty buttons, burrs, clasps, and tacks. All requested items conform to military specif ications MIL-B-1563 dated 31 December 1990. The award amount is estimated to be $92,006.10. The applicable NAICS code is 339993 with a size standard of 500 employees. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
