Description

NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA). FA2550-04-C-0006. The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever Air Force Base intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price, 4-year Lease type Contract for the lease with the option to buy of a Pierce Manufacturing Incorporated A/S32P-30 Medium Rescue Truck (MRT), NSN: 4210-01-452-5121. All technical criteria required by NFPA 1901 and Commercial Item Description A-A-58009B, 24 July 2002 must be met Required Delivery: 1 September 2004 to the 50 CES/CEF, 300 O'Malley Ave STE19, Schriever AFB, CO 80912. . The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by 8 January 2004. Copies of Commercial Item Description A-A-58009B dated 24 July 2002 are available upon request. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within fifteen (5) days of this announcement. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423850, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Notes 22, 26. See Note 26.
