Description

Single award term contract is for 1 year (base year period of Date of Award through January 31, 2005) and 4 option year periods (February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006, February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007, February 1, 2007 through January 31, 2008, and February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009) for Fluor Fernald, Cincinnati, Ohio. These specifications cover the production of various single leaf products, books/pamphlets, and miscellaneous items requiring such operations as copy pick-up, duplicating/copying in black image, binding, packing, and delivery. Approximately 1 to 4,000 copies per item. Approximately 4 to 1,000 pages/covers per book/pamphlet. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Hamilton, Ohio and Cincinnati, Ohio. Production time 3 hours to 3 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
