COMBUSTION NITROGEN/CARBON ANALYZER: This is a modification to permit full and open competion to previous announcement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 04ERQQ0024 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code is 339999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Closing date and time for receipt for quote is December 26, 2003 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
