- Grand Forks AFB has a requirement to purchase approximately 455 each cold weather camouflage trousers using MIL-T-44189C and 445 each cold weather camouflage parkas using MIL-P-44188D. This Request for Quote will be Set Aside 100% Small Business in accordance with FAR Part 15. The primary NAICS code is 315211, size standard 500 employees. The Request for Quote will be available around 30 Dec 03, via the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.eps.gov.
