Description

NA USACECOM anticipates issuing a Best Value Competitive Request for Proposal for the Quick Erect Antenna Masts (QEAM). NSN for this item is: 5985-01-381-6341. This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, 3 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ ) contract, maximum estimated annual quantity of 2500 units, with a guaranteed minimum purchase of 300 units to be procured at time of award. In addition, there is a requirement for 116 separate ground mounting kits for the QEAM. There is an incomplete drawing package for this item and may require build-to-model and reverse engineering. Units shall be commercially packaged and shipped to New Cumberland. Drawing packages may be obtained by sending an e-mail request to Carol Newcomb, Contract Specialist , at carol.newcomb@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. SPECIAL NOTE #1: The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All parties interested in doing business with USACECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the Army Single Face to Industry Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
