Description

This acquisition is to furnish all plant, labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary and perform all work required for Providing and Installing Window Air Conditioning Units in Various Buildings at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri (Pulaski County) . The project includes, but is not limited to, electrical service upgrades. The upgrade shall include replacement of main distribution panel and service lateral, addition of six 100 amp 3-phase panels per building and branch circuits. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. NAICS code is 235110 with a size standard of $12,000,000.00. Contractor must be enrolled in the CCR progra m. Solicitations will be provided in response to written requests only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. A fax request will be accepted. FAX number is (573) 596-02 67. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. This is an advance notice for solicitation number W911S7-04-B-0003. The Government anticipates this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to result in a firm fixed type constructi on contract. This is a construction project and Davis Bacon wages apply to this acquisition. All procedures relating to Davis Bacon (FAR Part 22.403) must be followed. All responsive and responsible bids will be considered. Faxed or electronically tran smitted offers will not be accepted.
