Description

Request for Proposal Number AE90-SOL-302000 for the continued operation of the Springdale Job Corps Center located at 31224 E. Historic Columbia River Highway, Troutdale, Oregon 97060 will be made available on FedBizOps at http://www.fbo.gov and the Job Corps acquisition web page at http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps on or about January 2, 2004. The total contract capacity is 215 students (120 residential, 95 non-residential). This procurement will be full and open with the resultant contract to be a cost reimbursement plus incentive fee for a two base year period from October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2006, plus three Government unilateral renewal option periods of one year each. A Pre-Proposal Conference will convene at the center on January 9, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. local time, starting with a walk through of the facility, followed immediately by the conference. It is recommended that interested parties download the RFP prior to attending the Pre-Proposal Conference. All questions prior to the pre-proposal conference should be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at priestley.ernie@dol.gov. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than March 8, 2004, at the following address: U.S. Department of Labor, ETA, Office of the Job Corps, 1111 Third Avenue, Suite 800, Seattle, Washington 98101. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
