Description

This is a sole source requirement for NSN 5998-01-298-0107SO; P/N: 2989255-1; Noun: Logic Control Assembly; Application: AAQ-18 system for the MC130E/MH053. This requirement is for a basic contract period with a quantity of 4 each. The total estimated quantity to be bought is 22 each. Destination: Robins Air Force Base, GA. Delivery: 4 each due by 30 September 2004. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued to Cage Code: 96214, Raytheon Company, 2501 W. University Ave, McKinney, TX 75070. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
