Description

The successful vendor shall establish, operate and maintain a (1) cafeteria, (2) Judges dining room and, (3) a vending facility for the purpose of providing breakfast, lunch and vending machine service in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the above referenced solicitation. the cafeteria, judges dining room and, vending facility will be operated for the benefit of approximately 300 persons, including employees and visitors to the U. S. Tax Court and will be operated on a profit and loss basis. the United States Tax Court will supply the suc cessful contractor with rent-free space and all utilities including necessary water and electricity. the United States Tax Court will not provide telephone, fax and/or computer service or equipment.
