- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled SCIENTIFIC SERVICES AND RELATED SUPPORT FOR AIRBORNE TOPOGRAPHIC MAPPER (ATM) EXPERIMENTS,RFO5-14861-GBC, which was posted on July 23, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: The anticipated release date of the RFO is changed to on or about December 16, 2003 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about January 30, 2004. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
