Description

Financial Management Service (FMS) is requesting quotations from small vendors for three thousand (3000) Quantum DLT IV Data Tapes 40/80GB, Part No. THXKD-02. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to FMS, 3700 East West Highway, Hyattsville, MD 20782. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. All interested parties are requested to submit a written quotation that will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, business size, delivery terms, proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, and any prompt payment discount terms. If items are available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 5PM (EST) 12/17/2003. Quotations may be faxed to 202.874.0524, Attn: Alicia Steele.
