Description: NA PM-Light Armored Vehicles has a requirement for data conversion to voice-activated tagging for its library of vehicle technical manuals. This is the first phase of a developmental test of Independent Component Analysis (ICA) technology. As such this acti on is being issued on a sole source basis to ADCS, Inc. which has proprietary rights to this technology. This action is subject to the availability of funds. A copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request and any bids or proposals received shall be considered.
