Description

NA This amendment is to answer the following question: How many pages will the 250 conference books consist of and would the books be in full color or black and white? Answer: The 250 Conference Books will be 200 total pages and 175 pages will be black and white and 25 pages will be full color at the descretion of the COR. This amendment is also to make the following changes: The questions and answers will close today at 2:00 pm. The award will be made to the lowest, technically acceptable offeror for all or none priced items in ONE LOT or Total Price. All pricing shall be e-mailed to: Linda.Jackson@hqda.army.mil no later than 2:00 pm on 17 Dec 2003. There will be no solicitation forthcoming, this is a Request for Quotation, not a solicitation. All pri cing should include the conference facilities, workshops, technical support, presentations, and all events associated with the conference from May 18 - 20, 2004 as stated in the Statement of Work. There are no overnight accommodations required in this acq uisition. One vendor award is expected. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. End of Amendment 001
