Description

Notice to negotiate with The Raytheon Company, Ft Wayne, IN, to extend the ordering period of contract USZA22-00-D-0001 for the AN/PSC-5D Multi-Band, Multi-Mission Radio, (MBMMR), Engineering Services, related spares and Fixed Mount variants under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1)) (Only One Responsible Source ad No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency?s Needs). The Raytheon Company is the only source with the technical ability to produce, maintain, (provide spares and logistics support, etc.), the AN/PSC 5DMBMMR and fixed mount variant tactical radios. The extension will add a three-year radio ordering period. This notice is not a request for proposal and may constitute the only official notice of this action. See numbered note 22.
