Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is soliciting sources to supply Carbonate, Calcium ultra-Fine, Precipitated "Albaglos" Technical 50 LB bags., Multi-Wall Bag. The total quantity is 85000 pounds. Skids must be palletized. The vendor is to provide certificate of analysis or certificate of conformance and results of inspection for each batch or lot in shipment. All resoponsible sources may submit an offer wich will be considered. All offers must be in writing and sent to Loni Spring at the Ft. Worth, Texas Facility. All Bids must be received by COB. December 19, 2003. Offers received at the Washington, DC Facility or after the COB date will not be considered. All bids shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, extended price, any prompt payment discounts terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone numbers, fax number, tax identification number, sic code, DUNS number and business size.
