NA This is a combined synopsis/quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The combined Synopsis/ Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W52H09-04-T-5060 and will be published on the ASFI website at https://acquisition.army.mil. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Offers are due no later than 16 DEC 2003, 3:30 PM local time at FAX 309-782-6727 or email ?????? dennisonb@ria.army.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 331111 with a size standard of 100 employees. DESCRIPTION: FSC 9510, Steel Bar Flat, 1018 Cold Finish, .500 X 2.000, ASTM A108. Total Order Quantity ?????? 97,675 FT. CRITICAL URGENT DELIVERY. Partial deliveries are acceptable. The following Delivery schedule has been requested. 24,000 FT NLT than 5 January 2004, 12,000 FT NLT 2 February 2004, 12,000 FT NLT 1 March 2004, 12,000 FT NLT 1 April 2004, 12,000 FT NLT 3 Ma y 2004, 12,000 FT NLT 1 June 2004, and 13,675 FT NLT 5 July 2004 to Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299-5000. QUOTE BEST DELIVERY POSSIBLE. Earlier delivery is acceptable. EVALUATION. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and price related factors.
