Subject item has two approved sources, Alnor Instrument Co, Cage 01518, P/N DE-780G-TYPE K and United Electric Controls Company, Cage 88234, P/N T1303. Contracting Officer: Dan Benka, 804-279-3201. Issue date: Dec 31, 2003, Closing Date: Jan 29, 2004. Subject item is commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 57 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 670 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 324 each. Surge is not included in this solicitation. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA.
