Quantity: 9, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Production Lead-time with First Article Testi ng is 9 each, 225 Days after Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 9 each, 150 DACA. This is a 100% HUBZONE Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no t echnical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this sol icitation will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
