Description

58-- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Modular RF Shielded Enclosure, as described below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation either before or after Request For Quotation (RFQ) closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. The announcement number is RFQ F33TSP33250200. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332311, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for CLIN 0001 1 EA Enclosure, RF Shielded. Nominal inside dimenisions: 16 feet L X 32 feet W X 8 feet H. Magnetic Field Type; 21dB at 1kHz, 58dB at 15kHZ, 90dB at 100 kHz. Electrical Field Type; 100dB from 15kHz to 10MHz. Plane Wave Field Type; 100dB from 400MHz to 10GHz. Microwave Field Type 100dB at 10GHz CLIN 0002 2 EA Doors, Double Wide Entrance, Shielded; 6 feet X 7 feet, to be placed on 16 foot wall.
