Description: The Government intends to award an IDIQ time and materials type contract from this procurement. As such, commercial acquisition procedures cannot be utilized. Therefore, the solicitation number is hereby revised to N00406-04-R-5024. In addition, a determination has been made that the acquisition will not be conducted on a sole source basis. Therefore, all interested parties may download the solicitation from the NECO website when it is available.
