- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled System for Microphoto-Luminescence and Raman Spectroscopy, which was posted on December 1, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: In paragraph 4 in the description, the anticipated quotation due date was mistakenly typed as December 1, and it should be corrected to December 11. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
