Description

NA The Walla Walla District intends to award this as a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(10, to Pacific States Marine Fish Commission (PSMFC). DESCRIPTION: The Walla Walla District plans to contract for biological services to provide quality assi stance and fish sampling functions for the Corps of Engineers?????? (Corps) 2004 Juvenile Fish Transportation Program. The contractor must have an Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 10 permit from the National Marine Fisheries Service which enables the Contractor to anesthetize and sample juvenile fish of all ESA listed stocks that may be encountered at the projects (locations: Lower Granite Dam, Little Goose Dam, Lower Monumental Dam and McNary Dam). ADMINISTRATION INFO: Intending to Sole Source to P acific States Marine Fish Commission. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 8733 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)code is 541710. This is not a request for proposal, but notice that our intention is to issue a S ole Source solicitation for this requirement. For further information, please contact Clarence A.
