Description

In accordance with FAR Part 12, the Bureau of Census National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana, intends to award a commercial order to Lee Technologies for maintenance and emergency service support of various MGE UPS and Power Conditioning Systems. The Census Bureau intends to award on a sole source basis per 41USC253, "Only One Responsible Source." The nominated vendor is the only licensed vendor for the manufacturer who can provide the required proprietary technical support, maintenance and software upgrades that are not otherwise available to independent providers. The technical support and upgrades are required to facilitate the processing requirements at the Census Bureau. Based on this, the Census Bureau believes no other offerors are currently available to fulfill the requirements of this order.
