- Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (SIH), NSN 6850-01-057-6427, MIL-DTL-85470B dated 15 June 1999, Purchase Program 4.7, quantity 60,000 US Gallons for delivery to three (3) locations in the Middle East. Ordering period is date of award through March 31, 2004. Delivery period is January 01, 2004 through March 31, 2004. Copies of this supplemental solicitation will be available via the Internet at the Defense Energy Support Center web site (www.desc.dla.mil) and the FedBizOpps web site (www.fedbizopps.gov) on approximately December 05, 2003. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the document entitled ?Offer Submission Package? under solicitation SP0600-03-R-0076.
