Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, Rhode Island intends to award to Dittman & Greer, Inc. 125 Coe Avenue, Middletown, Connecticut, as a sole source, the following items: CLIN 0001 QTY 105, HBT 2? TWO PIECE BAND HEATER, PN HBT-10XX 270V 400W CLIN 0002 QTY 70, HBT 2? TWO PIECE BAND HEATER, PN HBT-10XX 270V 200W CLIN 0003 QTY 35, HBT 2? TWO PIECE BAND HEATER, PN HBT-10XX 270V 100W CLIN 0004 QTY 70, HBT 2? TWO PIECE BAND HEATER, PN HBT-10XX 135V 25W. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A firm fixed price ?M? purchase order is anticipated. Delivery is Destination Newport, 45 Days after date of purchase order award. A written request for quotation will be placed on our web page. This procurement is sole source as there was a previous competitive procurement for prototype band heaters which Chromalox made and this procurement is based on the success of the prototype heaters and is a follow-on to the prior procurement. Dittman and Greer is a reseller of Chromolox and was involved in the previous procurement. This is 100% set aside for a small business. NAICS: 335999, 500 employees.
