NA ***ATTENTION***CONTACT , CONTRACTING OFFICER, PAM MYRES, AMSAM-AC-LS-A, EMAIL PAM.MYRES@REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX3T6249AXAX, NSN: 2840-01-187-8727, PN: 2-100-026-09, Quantity: 1,466 each, with one 100% option, applicable to the T-55 Helicopter , F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The Required delivery with First Article Test Report is 500 eac h, 270 days after contract award (DACA), 500 due each month, until contract is complete. The required delivery without FAT is 500 each, 180 DACA, 500 each due in each month until contract is complete. The required delivery date is Jan 11, 05. This item is restricted to Honeywell International, Cage 99193, the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.?????? All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify th emselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may subm it an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
