Description

DHHS/Federal Occupational Health has a need for a professional mediation organization to serve as a vendor to provide transformative mediation services to federal agencies across the United States and its territories. Qualified companies must provide mediation services using the transformative model of mediation. Additional qualifications of vendor are a roster of mediators who have the following knowledge base: 1) experience with providing transformative mediation services to federal agencies, 2) knowledge and understanding of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 3) knowledge and understanding of the federal EEO laws and regulations, 4) knowledge and understanding of federal confidentiality laws, and 5) knowledge and understanding of the FLRA or the vendor must have the capacity to provide such training to mediators prior to the provision of mediation services. Send letter of interest no later than 12/9/03 to bstegbauer@psc.gov OR fax to 312-353-2376. After the 12/9/03 deadline, a Statement of Work and package of information needed to prepare a proposal will be forwarded to respondents who expressed interest in this solicitation. All offerors will receive equal consideration without regard to race, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, political affiliation, age, or any other factor not related to the evaluation process. The requirement is 100% set-aside for competition amongst small businesses. The NAICS is 923120.
