- NA Provide elevator service, including preventative maintenance, repair work, periodic inspections, training, and project work, on 23 elevator systems throughout Fort Hood, Texas. Period of contract is 1 July 2004 through 30 June 2005 with four one-year opti ons. NAICS is 811219/$6.0 million, SIC 8999, FSC Z199. Request for quote (RFQ) W91151-04-Q-0005 is tentatively scheduled to be issued 30 December 2003 with a closing date of 27 January 2004. This RFQ will be issued both EDI and electronically at http:// ccmd.hood.army.mil and on Ft. Hood Contracting Command's Business Opportunities Page on the Army Single Face to Industry Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registrat ion (CCR), which is found on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
