- Description
- Preventive maintenance & service for the steam and washer sterilizers listed below. Fiscal year 2004 base year with four option years of multi-year contract. Contractor to provide all labor, parts (except consumable items and those specifically excluded), test equipment, lodging, transportation and all travel expenses. Contract services must include one chamber cleaning for all steam sterilizers listed under this agreement. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm), excluding holidays. Estimated contract period December 20, 2003 thru December 19, 2004 with four(4) one(1) year options to renew. Steam Sterilizer Located In CSPD, Model 3043, S/N 010339301, Id# 11296. Steam Sterilizer Located In CSPD Service, Model 3043, S/N 013458902, Id# 8129. Steam Sterilizer Located Surgical Svc, Model V116, S/N 013079602, Id# 146738. Steam Sterilizer Located In Surgery Svc, Model 3023, S/N 010099109, Id# 10020. Washer Sterilizer Located CSPD, Model 444, S/N 3605900006, Id# 152746. Annual (One Time Per Contract Year) Chamber Cleaning Of The Steam Sterilizers Listed Id#'S 11296, 8129, 146738 & 10020). NAICS 811310 Size Standard 6.0 million. Estimated value $25,000 to $100,000.
