Due to typeographical error in typing the name of the company the Government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for solicitation number N00421-04-T-0001 the following information is corrected to read :Advanced Programming Concepts Inc. 3300 Duval Road, Suite 200 Austin, TX 78759-3549 to procure five (5) Advanced Programming Concepts Tactical Situation Display Workstation Software Seat Licenses (TDSW) under the authority of FAR 6.301-1. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-OCT-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 20-NOV-2003.
