Description

The U.S. Special Operations Command intends to award a follow-on contract with Raytheon Company, 2501 West University, McKinney, TX for all depot level maintenance, field support services, engineering support services, spare/repair parts, and management of parts obsolescence necessary to sustain the ANAPQ-174B Multi-Mode Radar (MMR) System installed on the MH-47E and MH-60K Special Operations Aircraft. Raytheon retains the patents and all proprietary data rights to the MMR. Services shall be performed at Ft. Campbell, KY; however, the manufacturer's facilities and aircraft deployment locations may be dictated by circumstances. The period of performance is anticipated to be 1 Feb 2004 through 31 December 2005 (Base Period, plus 1, one-year option). A solicitation is expected to be issued within the next two weeks with an anticipated award date of 1 Feb 2004. The solicitation number is H92241-04-R-0012. The solicitation document and pertinent clause information will be posted to FedBizOps. All responsible sources may submit a proposal and will receive due consideration by law; however, no competition is anticipated. Note 22 applies.
