- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) KAM-500 System (Qty 1) consisting of the following items: KAM/CHS/13U Qty 1, KAD/ENC/004 Qty 1, KAD/ETH/001 Qty 1, KAD/TCG/001/B Qty 1, KAD/ADC/009/SI Qty 4, KAD/TDC/002 Qty 1, KAD/ADC/006 Qty 2, KAM/MEM/003B Qty 1, DRE/CFM/001/3GB Qty 1, KAD/ADC/002/B Qty 1; 2) Ground support equipment consisting of KSM V2/SS1 and a Toughbook 73 w 1.4 Ghz Processor, 256 MB, CDRW, WINXP Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Acra Control Inc, 44145 Airport View Drive, Hollywood, MD 20636 for unique capabilities. Any firms believing that they can provide the KAM 500 system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the System without causing programmatic hardship.
