- NA PRON: AX3L0119AX, NSN: 6130-01-329-6494, PN: 29315000, Quantity: 1,233 each applicable to the AV Ground SKO. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 1,233 each 90 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Smi ths Aerospace, Inc., Electronic Systems, Cage Code 35012 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item describe d above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requiremen ts. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close pr ior to the date stated above.
