Bodine, Contracting Officer, Fax :256-955-9220. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4C9041AX, NSN: 1270-01-231-3659, PN: 13075908-019. Quantity: 47, applicable to the TADS/PNVS with deliveries to Orlando, FL. 32819-0000. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 47 each, 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 47 each, 150 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The proposed contra ct listed herein is 100% set aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible source s may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Business; therefore foreign requests will not be honored. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date stated above.
