PRON: AX4C0021AX, NSN: 4320-01-115-3822, PN: 145DS102-3. Quantity: 40 each, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-500. Production Lead-time with First Article Test ing is 40 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 40 each, 180 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 40 each, 225 DACA. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 772 72 and Parker Hannifin Corporation, Cage Code 86329, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Firms that can produce the req uired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsi ble sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dat e stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in o rder to be eligible for award. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
