- Description
- The 15th Contracting Squadron (15CONS), Hickam AFB, Hawaii, has issued a solicitation Request For Proposals (RFP). RFP and all attachments are available only from the Electronic Posting System at http://www.eps.gov/. RFP is for Transient Aircraft Services for Hickam Air Force Base (HAFB) Hawaii. The contractor will be asked to provide all labor, management, tools, material, equipment, and supplies, necessary to manage and perform Transient Aircraft Services, 7 days a week, 24 hours per day, including all local, state, and federal holidays. The contractor will perform transient aircraft services, which include, but are not limited to, aircraft movement, aircraft operations, concurrent servicing operations, safety management, special events support, emergency and exercise support, order and turn in of parts from the Air Force Supply System, and management of publications and forms. The contractor will perform these services to meet transient aircraft arrival, aircraft operations, and departure schedules established by the 15th Maintenance Group, Maintenance Operations Center. This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation ($6M).All information requird for submission of an offer can be found in the RFP and all attachments now posted. NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED OR DISTRIBUTED. The Government anticipates award to be made on 1 March 2004, with full performance to begin 1 April 2004. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business and the resulting award will be firm-fixed price contract to include a basic period (to begin date of award and ending 30 Sep 2004), with four, one-year option periods.
