Description

Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, material, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to install fuel piping, sumps, storage tanks and secondary containment at Missile Alert Facilities of Malmstrom AFB, MT. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, installation of fuel piping, sumps, storage tanks and secondary containment in accordance with the specifications and drawings contained within the solicitation. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 19 December 2003. Request For Proposal will close on or about 20 January 2004. The performance period is 240 calendar days after issuance of Notice To Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a performance price trade-off basis. The acquisition is open to large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal will be available only on the internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must have current registration with the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/plsql/ccr.welcome) The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. NAICS 238990.
