Description

The Department of State intends to award a contract to Spectra Logic of Boulder, Colorado to provide maintenance services for a base and 2 option years for the following equipment: Gator 12K, 30-Slots, 1 FQIP, 4 AIT ? 3 Drives, Gator 64K, 165-Slots, 3 FQIP, 4 EQIP, 28 AIT-3 DRIVES, G64K, 167-SLOTS, 2 FQIP, 8 AIT-3 Drives, and G12K, 120-SLOTS, 2 FQIP, 8 AIT-3 Drives. These services provide continued support for installed Spectra Logic systems. These services must be performed by the manufacturer so as not to invalidate the warranty on the equipment. The determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
