Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the National Marine Fisheries Service site in Milford, CT. The Fisheries site consists of three buildings. The total work area covered by the specifications is approximately 19,576 square feet. PROSPECTIVE VENDOR SHALL HAVE AN OFFICE SPACE WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF THE WEATHER SERVICE SITE IN MILFORD. Period of Performance will be January 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Successful offeror will be required to register in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the solicitation is attached as a downloadable Word file to this announcement. Hard copies of the solicitation will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Telephone requests will not be honored. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Offers received by December 15, 2003 will be considered for award. Award will be made on or about December 19, 2003. Numbered Note 1 applies. THIS MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO PROVIDE AMENDMENT NO. 0001 WHICH CORRECTS THE SF1449 AND ALSO TO CORRECT THE SET ASIDE BLOCK FOR THE FEDBIZOPPS ANNOUNCEMENT TO AGREE WITH THE WRITTEN SET ASIDE INFORMATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REQUIREMENT IS TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE VICE TOTAL SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
