- PR NO: LTC03225013974 this solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination Inspection required Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6680-00-415-4025, 75 day?s delivery. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 58. The required delivery scuedule for the surge requirements: 19 each ? 30 Days ARO / 20 each ? 60 Days ARO / 19 each ? 90 Days ARO. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
