Description: The Artesia Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) has $75,000.00 available to procure 30 Cockpit Seats (either pilot or co-pilot) at a cost of $2,500.00 per seat delivered FOB destination in Artesia New Mexico. The seats must be available for installation by 10 December at the Artesia FLETC. This procurement is urgent, and Steward Industries, International in Guthrie Oklahoma can fullfill this requirement at this price. We are attaining the model numbers of the seats to be made available for review on 21 November 2003 to determine if other vendors can meet this urgent requirement.
