Description

EPA Atlanta - Waste Division Emergency Response Center The government is seeking new space, approximately 10,000 usable square feet of office, warehouse, and storage space. Delineated Area: The space must be locate in the Atlanta, Georgia area, bounded within or fronting the following streets: North on Joseph E. Lowery, East on W. Marietta St., South on Marietta/Northside Drive West on Bankhead Hwy. Other considerations: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before February 1, 2004.
