- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested. A written RFQ may be downloaded to you upon request by contacting Victoria Cook @ Cookvl@mail.ports.navy.mil. RFQ N00102-04-Q-0823 is issued with a closing date of 01/05/04 @ 3:30 pm local closing time. This is 100% small business set-aside. The following Commercial clauses apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5. Boiler inspection coveralls for blasting manufactured from 100% cotton blue denim, heavy sanforized. Full length velcro flap cover over full-length zipper. Pocket on left side at chest level and 2 pockets on back below belt level. Coveralls to have hood with drawstring of denim cloth stitched full length of drawstring with knot at each end of drawstring. To have elastic wrist and ankles and reinforcement patches at knees and elbows. All seams to be double stitched. NOTE: All interested, prospective offers must submit a complete sample coverall which WILL NOT be returned. It will be free of all charges to the Government. Sizes and quantities are as follows: Item 0001, Size 42, 100 pair; Item 0002, Size 44, 150 pair; Item 0003, Size 46, 150 pair; Item 0004, Size 48, 200 pair; Item 0005, Size 50, 300 pair; Item 0006, Size 52, 250 pair; Item 0007, Size 54, 250 pair; Item 0008, Size 56, 50 pair; Item 0009, Size 58, 50 pair; Item 0010, Size 60, 50 pair.
