Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources to provide two hundred (200) Unit Wheels, for Numbering Units, Item 44, Repair part for the Super-Numerota 212. Zeiser Article Nr. ACG38. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 9000 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76131. The basis for award shall be price and availability. All interested parties shall submit an offer which will be considered. All offers must be in writing and sent via mail, e-mail or fax to Loni Spring at the Fort Worth Facility. Any offers received at the Washington, DC Facility will not be considered. All offers must be received by COB November 24, 2003. All offers must include the unit price, extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name , point of contact, address, phone number, tax identification number, DUNS number and business size. If this item is under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number.
